Job Description:

Dileep’s Arkaiz Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our admissions sales operations and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both Study Abroad Admissions and National Admissions, along with proven leadership, sales, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales and admissions team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Drive student enquiries, counselling conversions, and enrolments.
- Manage the complete student admission sales process.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, and clients.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Study Abroad Admissions and National Admissions.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of student recruitment and admission processes.




- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and lead a sales team.
- Strong target-oriented approach and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
