Roles & Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, indeed, and other job portals.
- Search and identify suitable profiles based on job requirements.
- Use Boolean search techniques to find relevant candidates.
- Contact candidates and check their interest in job opportunities.
- Collect resumes and basic candidate details.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and share shortlisted profiles.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the sourcing process.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Boolean search is an advantage.
- Positive internet connection and a laptop or desktop.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
