Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Presales, Lead Generation and Customer Support teams in the stockbroking industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Presales & Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, social media and other online platforms.
- Connect with potential customers interested in stock market trading and investments.
- Introduce Tradejini's trading platform and services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Help customers with basic trading platform and account-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide timely support and ensure a good customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates from B.Com, BBA, BA or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive English communication is essential.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the stock market is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and interested in pursuing a career in the stockbroking and financial services industry.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Training will be provided.
