Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Vendor & Labour Management Manager to manage vendor relationships, contractor coordination, labour procurement, and workforce planning across our construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the real estate or construction industry, with the ability to manage multiple vendors, negotiate competitive rates, control project expenses, and ensure timely manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, appoint, and manage skilled and unskilled labour teams.
- Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain an approved vendor and contractor database.
- Negotiate labour contracts, contractor rates, material prices, and vendor quotations.
- Plan and ensure manpower availability according to project schedules.
- Monitor labour costs, contractor bills, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for daily resource requirements.
- Verify work completion, measurements, and contractor bills before payment approval.
- Monitor vendor and contractor performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve labour shortages, contractor disputes, delays,



and site-level resource issues.
- Maintain vendor agreements, work orders, invoices, and labour records.
- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and labour costs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, labour management, or construction operations.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction activities and subcontractor management.
- Proven experience in labour procurement and contractor negotiations.
- Knowledge of material rates, rate analysis, and cost control.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple construction sites and teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Experience managing multiple vendors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end vendor and labour management operations.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
