Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to promote and sell pharmaceutical packaging machinery and develop business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and develop business with pharmaceutical companies.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical packaging machinery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing,
Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in industrial machinery sales.
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging machinery or packaging equipment is preferred.
- Strong B2B sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
