Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers politely and assist them with their requirements.
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately.
- Provide table service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Clear used plates, cups, and other items from tables and keep the dining area organized.
- Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Refill tissues, drinking water, and other necessary service items.
- Respond to customer requests and report complaints to the Outlet Manager.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal grooming standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and arranging the dining area.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, and service equipment carefully.
- Follow company policies, maintain discipline, and support the team during busy hours.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
