Job Vacancy: Telecaller / CRE
Electric Vehicle (EV) Car Dealership
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and inquiries.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Schedule test drives, showroom visits, and service appointments.
- Follow up on sales leads, customer feedback, and pending inquiries.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service Teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in telecalling, CRM, or automobile sales is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Location: Udaipur
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
