Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented PPIC & Warehouse Executive to manage production planning, inventory control, material availability and warehouse operations. The candidate will coordinate with third-party manufacturers, procurement, QA/QC and internal departments to ensure timely production, dispatch and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

A. Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

1. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and order requirements.

2. Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for production planning, order execution and delivery schedules.

3. Ensure timely availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FG).

4. Monitor production schedules, pending orders and material shortages.

5. Maintain stock levels and ensure optimum inventory without overstocking or stock-outs.

6. Prepare and monitor material requirement plans (MRP).

7. Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Sales and Marketing teams for production and supply planning.

8. Track production status and ensure timely completion of orders.

B. Warehouse Management

1. Manage inward and outward material movements of RM, PM and FG.

2. Ensure proper GRN preparation, physical verification and inventory entries.

3. Maintain batch-wise and expiry-wise inventory records.

4. Follow FEFO/FIFO inventory management practices, as applicable.

5. Ensure proper storage, identification,



segregation and preservation of materials.

6. Coordinate finished goods dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.

7. Maintain warehouse documentation, stock registers, inward/outward records and reconciliation.

8. Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.

9. Ensure proper coordination with logistics and transport vendors.

10. Maintain warehouse discipline, housekeeping and applicable GMP requirements.

Candidate Requirements

· Graduate in Commerce / Science / Pharmacy or relevant qualification.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPIC, inventory control and warehouse operations.

· Experience in Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical, Herbal or Nutraceutical industry preferred.

· Knowledge of RM, PM and FG inventory management.

· Working knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / Inventory Management Software.

· Understanding of batch tracking, expiry management, FEFO/FIFO and warehouse documentation.

· Good coordination, communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to manage multiple activities and meet operational deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Production plan adherence.

· Material availability and reduction in stock-outs.

· Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.

· Reduction in expired, obsolete and excess inventory.

· Timely inward, outward and dispatch operations.

· Timely coordination with third-party manufacturers.
