The Home Inspection Executive will be responsible for visiting residential properties and conducting quality inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards, specifications, and company guidelines.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct on-site inspections of residential homes and construction projects.
* Inspect civil and construction work for quality, workmanship, and compliance with required standards.
* Identify construction defects, finishing issues, and quality concerns.
* Prepare inspection reports and document observations with photographs when required.
* Coordinate with site teams and contractors regarding identified issues.
* Follow up on corrective actions and ensure quality concerns are addressed.
* Travel to different project locations as required.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections and submit reports within the required timelines.
* Ensure all inspections are conducted professionally and as per company procedures.
### Educational Qualification
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
### Required Skills & Eligibility
* Valuable understanding of basic civil construction and building quality standards.
* Ability to identify construction defects and quality issues.
* Good observation and reporting skills.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to work extensively in the field.
* Must have a valid two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence.
* Willingness to travel to multiple residential project locations.
### Field Work
This is a primarily field-based role. The candidate will be required to travel to different residential properties and project sites for home inspections.
