Role Description The Meta Ads cum GHL Expert is a part-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns in alignment with client growth objectives. This role involves setting up and managing campaigns, ad sets, and creatives; tracking performance; and continuously refining targeting, bidding, and messaging to improve ROI. The expert will also configure and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) funnels, automations, pipelines, and CRM workflows to support lead generation and nurture sequences. Day-to-day responsibilities include building landing pages, integrating tracking pixels, managing email and SMS automations, and ensuring accurate reporting across Meta Ads and GHL. The Meta Ads cum GHL Expert will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategies, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain explicit communication on campaign results and next steps.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Meta Ads skills, including campaign creation, audience targeting, conversion tracking,



and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess practical GoHighLevel expertise, including funnel building, CRM setup, pipeline management, and marketing automation (email/SMS workflows).
- Candidates should possess digital marketing skills, such as lead generation strategy, landing page optimization, and understanding of paid media funnels.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills, including data interpretation, A/B testing, and reporting using platform dashboards and tracking tools.
- Candidates should possess technical skills related to pixel and event setup, integrations between Meta Ads and GHL, and basic troubleshooting of tracking issues.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain performance insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in performance marketing for service-based or small business clients, preferably in an agency or virtual staffing environment.
- Beneficial qualifications include familiarity with other ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads), knowledge of copywriting and creative best practices, and experience working in remote, cross-cultural teams.
