Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Lead with 20+ years of experience in managing and executing MEP services for high-rise commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading the complete MEP function, ensuring design coordination, execution, quality control, project delivery, and compliance with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end MEP operations for high-rise commercial projects.
- Oversee MEP design, planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, and other building services.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper coordination of MEP services with civil and structural works to avoid clashes and rework.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Manage MEP contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, fire safety regulations, electrical standards, and other statutory requirements.
- Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions during project execution.




- Ensure adherence to safety standards and project quality requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 20+ years of overall experience in MEP design, execution, and project management.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Experience in handling large-scale commercial developments, corporate offices, IT parks, or mixed-use high-rise buildings.
- Proven experience in managing multiple MEP contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid knowledge of MEP design coordination, execution, testing, and commissioning.
