We have three separate hiring requirements. Candidates with expertise in any ONE of the following specialisations are welcome to apply.
1. Soft Skills & Communication Trainer
- Communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal effectiveness and confidence building.
- Professional etiquette, active listening and executive presence.
2. Social & Emotional Learning / Emotional Intelligence Trainer
- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
- Emotional regulation, empathy and resilience.
- Conflict management and behavioural development.
3. Corporate Trainer
- Corporate communication and workplace effectiveness.
- Team building, collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Leadership and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops and learning activities.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and practical exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt training methods according to audience requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programmes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, coaching or Learning & Development.
- Expertise in at least ONE of the three specialisations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
- Understanding of adult learning methodologies.
- Qualifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, Communication or related fields will be an advantage.
