About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on internship designed for individuals who want to explore the intersection

of HR, organisational culture, and technology.

As a Client Success Intern, you will work closely with clients and internal teams from day

one, gaining practical exposure to HR technology platforms, client implementation,

employee engagement, and culture-related projects.

You will have the opportunity to understand real business challenges, work with data and

Key Responsibilities

• HR Technology & Platform Enablement: Develop a strong understanding of HR

technology platforms and support clients in effectively using the solutions offered.

• Client Implementation & Success: Assist in the implementation, rollout, and

adoption of HR technology and culture-related solutions across organisations of

different sizes and industries.

• Culture & Employee Engagement: Support projects related to organisational

culture, employee engagement, workplace effectiveness, and people experience.

• Data & Insights: Work with HR data, dashboards, and reports to identify trends and

generate insights related to employee engagement, culture, and performance.

• Client Coordination: Interact with HR leaders, client stakeholders, and internal

teams to understand requirements, track progress, and support timely project

delivery.

• Research & Innovation: Research emerging trends in HR, organisational culture,

employee experience, and HR technology, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to

the team.

• Product Testing & Feedback: Test platform features, identify usability gaps, and

share feedback to support continuous product improvement.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams on live client

assignments,

What We Are Looking For

• A graduate or postgraduate in HR, Human Resources Management, Psychology,

Organisational Behaviour, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A genuine interest in HR technology, organisational culture, employee engagement,

and people-centric solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact

professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

• A curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and explore new

ideas.

• A proactive and responsible approach, with a willingness to take ownership of

assigned tasks.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data and

reports.

• The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple

responsibilities.
