Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective job postings, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



The recruiter will also support talent pipeline development, maintain accurate recruitment records, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess candidate fit and support informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions in a remote environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is beneficial.
- Prior experience in corporate or agency recruiting is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
