About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Banking & Investor Relations Manager to manage banking relationships, coordinate with financial institutions and investors, and support fundraising initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking relationships, investor relations, corporate finance, or fundraising, along with solid communication, financial coordination, and relationship management skills.

This role involves working closely with banks, investors, internal finance and legal teams, and company leadership to strengthen funding partnerships and ensure timely, accurate financial communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Banking Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and funding partners.
- Banking Operations: Coordinate requirements related to bank accounts, credit facilities, payments, documentation, and service requests.
- Fundraising Support: Prepare presentations, information memoranda, financial updates, and due diligence documents to support fundraising activities.
- Investor Relations: Prepare investor updates, respond to investor queries, and coordinate meetings and follow-ups with company leadership.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Finance, Legal,



and leadership teams to ensure accurate business, financial, and compliance information.
- Documentation & Tracking: Maintain organized records of agreements, communications, approvals, commitments, and deliverables.
- Market Monitoring: Track funding activities, banking products, and relevant market developments.
- Audit & Reviews: Support audits, lender reviews, investor assessments, and due diligence processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in banking relationships, investor relations, corporate finance, fundraising, or a related field.
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, investors, or lending partners.
- Good understanding of financial statements and funding processes.
- Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential financial information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or technology companies.
- Exposure to debt or equity fundraising, investor due diligence, or lender negotiations.
- A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant finance qualification will be an added advantage.
