Key Responsibilities

- The job description for a **BRIM SOM Technical** role typically includes the following responsibilities and skills: -
- Experience: 6 to 16 years of experience in SAP BRIM, SOM, and related technologies. -
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP, CRM, O2C process knowledge, and experience with Agile environments. -
- Functional Knowledge: CRM technical consultants with Hybris Billing background and knowledge of SOM API, BTMF, UBB Change Process, and CRM integration to CI and CC. -
- Implementation: Experience working on full life cycle implementations on SOM assignments. -
- **Integration**: Knowledge of CRM UI concepts,



CRM integration with other billing modules, and middleware via various integration technologies. Development: Experience with ODI enhancement and modification, and SAP CRM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge.
- Candidates should have a strong functional acumen, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
- The role requires strong coding and debugging skills, experience with ODI enhancement and modification, and knowledge of SAP BRIM components such as SOM, CI, and FI-CA
- Solid understanding of Concur integrations (GL posting, HR sync, SSO, card feeds, tax/VAT)
