Job Description

We are looking for a Locomotive Maintenance Programs Specialist with 2–4 years of relevant experience in locomotive maintenance, fleet maintenance, technical support, or reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support locomotive maintenance programs and technical activities.
- Understand locomotive mechanical and electrical systems.
- Handle troubleshooting and component replacement practices.




- Support scheduled and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
- Assist with fleet maintenance, reliability, and maintenance planning.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Coordinate with different teams and work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2+ years of on-field locomotive maintenance, fleet maintenance, technical support, or reliability experience is mandatory.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience with maintenance management systems or maintenance planning tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
