We are looking for a Sr. Finance Manager to partner with business and operations leadership and drive the financial performance of the Vertical.

The role will own P&L; performance, budgeting and forecasting, commercial decision support, working capital and financial governance, translating financial and operational data into clear insights and actions.

This is a hands-on business finance role requiring robust commercial judgement, analytical depth and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

P&L; & Performance Management

- Own monthly Vertical performance across revenue, margin, EBITDA and working capital, including analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
- Identify margin leakage, cost overruns and underperforming sites/contracts, and drive corrective actions with Operations.
- Lead/Support with the financial performance reviews and provide clear insights on variances, outlook, risks and opportunities.
- Drive cost-efficiency and margin-improvement initiatives across the Vertical.
- Prepare management reviews and commentary for senior business leadership.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Lead the annual budget and rolling forecast process for the Vertical across regions and sites.
- Translate business plans into financial targets and ensure assumptions are realistic, business-owned and aligned with the commercial pipeline.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities and recommend timely interventions.
- Partner with FP&A; for accurate and timely management and Group reporting.

Commercial Finance & Decision Support

- Lead finance support for RFPs and new business bids, including financial modelling, pricing, P&L; validation and business-case evaluation.
- Evaluate contract renewals, rate revisions, scope changes and mobilisation economics, with clear visibility of margin, cash and commercial risks.




- Review Capex proposals and track performance against approved business cases.
- Analyse customer and contract profitability and recommend actions on low-margin or underperforming contracts.

Working Capital, Controls & Governance

- Drive working capital performance, with particular focus on billing, collections and overdue receivables.
- Ensure appropriate site-level financial controls across revenue, costs, inventory, fixed assets and cash.

Team & Stakeholder Partnership

- Act as the key finance partner for Vertical, regional and operations leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Growth teams on pricing, bids, renewals and commercial decisions.
- Support incentive calculations and evaluate the financial impact of incentive and policy changes.

- Delivery of the Vertical AOP, with margin and EBITDA gaps identified and addressed early.
- Accurate forecasts backed by clear, business-owned assumptions.
- Strong visibility and improvement in contract profitability and working capital.
- Robust financial evaluation of RFPs, renewals and investment decisions.
- Financial insights translated into clear business actions and decisions.
- Strong site financial controls and timely closure of audit/control issues.

What We're Looking For

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 6–10 years of experience with minimum 3-4 years of relevant exp.
- Strong experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance or FP&A;.
- Demonstrated ownership of a business unit, region or Vertical P&L;.
- Strong understanding of revenue, margins, EBITDA, working capital and cash drivers.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, RFPs, contract profitability and business cases.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to influence Operations and senior business stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP/BI/ AI tools exposure preferred.
- Experience in a services, operations-led or multi-site business would be an advantage.
