Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Immigration Consultant to support the development and expansion of talent-based and skilled immigration services for Germany, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

The candidate will be responsible for researching immigration pathways, understanding country-specific visa requirements, identifying potential service opportunities, and assisting clients in exploring suitable immigration options.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in immigration consulting, solid research and communication skills, client relationship management abilities, and a willingness to take ownership of new initiatives. Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in research and business operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and evaluate talent-based and skilled immigration pathways for Germany, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Develop a strong understanding of country-specific visa categories, eligibility requirements, documentation, and application processes.
- Assess immigration requirements and identify suitable pathways based on client profiles.
- Identify opportunities to introduce and expand immigration consulting services across the target countries.
- Conduct market and competitor research to understand immigration trends, service offerings, and business opportunities.
- Interact with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information about immigration pathways.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients,



immigration professionals, consultants, and potential business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline consultation processes and service delivery.
- Support business development initiatives, service expansion, and strategic planning.
- Leverage AI tools for research, documentation, workflow optimisation, and improving operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to team goals.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in Immigration Consulting, Immigration Advisory, Visa Consulting, or related fields.
- Experience handling immigration cases or researching visa pathways for one or more of the following countries:
- Germany
- Canada
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Good understanding of skilled migration, talent-based immigration, and relevant visa categories.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret immigration requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, client relationship management, and networking abilities.
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Business development orientation with the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI-powered research and productivity tools.
- Prior leadership, team handling, or project ownership experience will be an added advantage.
