What you'll do:
* Train new makeup advisors on product knowledge, shade matching and application technique
* Run refreshers on new launches across makeup, skincare and fragrance
* Shadow home visits and give advisors hands-on feedback
* Uphold our standards on grooming, hygiene and customer care
Who we're looking for:
* 3+ years at a premium or luxury beauty brand, with some experience training or mentoring counter teams
* Strong makeup skills, plus working knowledge of skincare and fragrance
* Positive English and Hindi
* Patient, warm and confident in front of a group
