Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions.
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from business stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and ATS records.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Meet recruitment targets related to TAT, quality of hire, and hiring productivity.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing skills and experience in hiring QA roles both manual, tech and automation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective stakeholder management.
Strong execution and time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven approach to recruitment.
Familiarity with ATS and AI recruitment tools.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
