Role Description The Business Development Manager – Corporate Recruitment & Staffing is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients to understand their staffing needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms for recruitment and staffing services. The role also involves coordinating closely with internal recruitment teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends,



maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems, and contribute to strategic planning to grow the corporate recruitment and staffing portfolio.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development, corporate sales, or staffing services, preferably within recruitment or HR consulting.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to identify needs, present solutions, and manage long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of recruitment and staffing processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with talent acquisition teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with corporate stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM or applicant tracking systems to manage pipelines, reports, and client information.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR, recruitment, or sales are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the retail or services sector is a plus, along with a strong focus on ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
