– Income Tax Job Title: Income Tax Executive / Senior Executive

4th Floor, Indradhanushya Apartments, BMCC Road, Opp. Firodia Hostel, Pune – 411004 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification

Experience:
CA with minimum 3 years of relevant experience OR Non-CA candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview / Job Purpose Co. is looking for an experienced Income Tax professional to manage income tax return preparation, statutory compliances, tax notices, and related documentation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a Chartered Accountant firm, strong knowledge of the Income Tax Portal, and hands-on experience with Genius Software.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, and corporate entities.
• Manage income tax compliances, including advance tax calculations and TDS reconciliation.
• Handle the Income Tax Portal for e-filing, rectifications, and grievance resolution.
• Assist with tax audits and income tax assessment proceedings.
• Draft submissions and replies to notices issued under the Income-tax Act, 1961.




• Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect information and resolve tax-related queries.
• Manage multiple assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Technical Skills Required
• Strong working knowledge of the Income Tax Portal.
• Hands-on experience with Genius Software for tax return preparation and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax documentation.
• Good understanding of income tax laws, rules, and compliance requirements. Competencies
