As the first link in the Operations chain, Trade Support is also the first level of control for the business

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties

- Product scope: Vanilla Equity Derivatives Products (Options, Futures, Variance Swaps, Volatility Swaps,



Equity Linked Swaps…)
- Ensure all the bookings are properly booked in Front Office database
- Improve/control quality of database inputs
- Ensure booking timeliness; provide justifications for any late bookings and amendments
- Streamline booking workflow through automation and process review
- Contribute to defining specifications and performing UAT for new information systems or booking scheme
- Write down / update procedures linked to sensitive processes and controls
- Assist Front Office on their specific requests with effective and innovative solutions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the smoothness of the operational flow
- React in a timely manner to incidents and develop action plan for the long term
- Work closely with other teams (Traders, Engineers, Sales, Other Middle Offices, Risk teams, Back Offices, IT) in different regions (Asia, Europe, America) to deliver a seamless client experience
- Participate in projects to support the new business activities
