The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support finance transformation and SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a complex, multi-entity business environment.
You will work closely with Finance stakeholders and IT teams to deliver SAP Finance solutions, support business requirements and drive improvements across financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deliver SAP FI/CO solutions across multiple business entities.
- Work across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Controlling.
- Gather and analyse finance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support SAP Finance data migration, including master data and financial data objects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design and improve finance processes.
- Support integration with other SAP modules.
- Lead testing, UAT, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Contribute to SAP upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide functional guidance, documentation and end-user support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Expertise across FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and CO.
- Experience with SAP Finance data migration and associated master data.
- Experience delivering SAP implementation and transformation projects.
- Strong business process analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Confident engaging with Finance stakeholders and IT teams.
- Ability to take ownership of functional delivery and provide business consultancy.
Desirable: Automotive industry experience and SAP Finance certification.
