Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in
Tally Prime, GST, invoicing, accounting operations, and financial record management. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory
compliance, and supporting day-to-day finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping in Tally Prime.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and accounting records.
Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Manage and update inventory transactions using Zoho Inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, taxation, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Zoho Inventory is preferred.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Education
B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
