Key Roles & Responsibilities
- · Lead the FIGIT business and define the growth strategy for the Financial Institutions segment.
- · Own revenue, profitability, acquisition and retention targets for the portfolio.
- · Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across financial institutions and intermediaries.
- · Drive large and complex opportunities through customized risk and insurance solutions.
- · Partner with underwriting, product, reinsurance, claims and service teams to strengthen market propositions.
- · Build market intelligence, identify emerging risks and develop new growth opportunities.
- · Lead and develop the FIGIT team while maintaining portfolio quality and governance.
Key Requirements–Education & Certification
- · Postgraduate from a recognized institute; MBA/PGDM preferred
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- · 12–18+ years of experience in Corporate Insurance/BFSI, preferably managing Financial Institutions.
- · Strong industry network and experience managing large, complex institutional relationships.
- · Proven track record of business growth and portfolio profitability.
- · Strong strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation and CXO-level stakeholder management skills.
