Ability to manage a team of 8 – 10 team members2. End to End Accounts Payable – Invoice processing, Payments, Accruals, Vendor Reconciliation3. Manage SLA/KPIs, Daily Volume Management, TAT and Quality4. Internal and Client governance – daily/weekly5. Able to handle escalations6. Attention to detailCompetencies - Good to Have1. Exposure to any ticketing tool2. Knowledge of any reporting tools3. Should be able to support on ideation, process improvement4.



Training and SOP documentationJob ResponsibilitiesThe business process includes –o Action emails and documents received from cliento Update relevant information in Yardi softwareo Ensure payments on a timely basis and avoid late feeso Reconcile vendor balances and necessary accounting actionso Communicate on emails and calls for information / follow-upso Manage large volume of information dailyo Update relevant status and comments on SalesforceThe Job role of the TL includes the below:o Daily team huddles and work allocationo Monitor productivity and SLA/KPI performance daily / monthlyo Support in production as requiredo QC of team member’s work on sample basiso Resolve team queries and coachingo Daily and weekly status updates to client on email and callso Regular training and SOP documentation with the teamo Monthly performance management of team memberso Liaise with different client stakeholders as requiredo Encourage team and self to participate in soft skills trainingo Create a healthy and motivating team workplace'Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for ‘recruitment’, ‘processing’ or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
