We seek a Director of Enterprise Platforms Delivery to lead the execution of large-scale digital transformation and ERP rollout programs across APAC. You will oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, manage a team of project managers, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful program outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with active program execution.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programsOversee portfolio of transformation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget deliveryLead large-scale ERP implementations (especially Dynamics 365) across multiple marketsImplement program tracking dashboards and risk management frameworksManage vendor/SI partnerships, program planning and post-go-live stabilizationTeam LeadershipMentor and develop high-performing team of project managers with clear accountabilityDrive continuous improvement and execution excellence cultureExecutive LeadershipDeliver monthly business reviews to leadershipServe as escalation point for critical program issuesBuild robust relationships with regional and market leadershipManage executive steering committees and governance boardsFinancial & Stakeholder ManagementOwn program budgets, track ROI, and manage cost variancesManage organizational change and stakeholder communicationOptimize resource allocation across programsIdentify and mitigate program risks proactivelyRequired QualificationsExperience:15+ years in delivery program management; 5+ years in delivery leadership role5+ years managing large-scale ERP transformation programsExperience managing geographically distributed teamsExperience in managing APAC markets preferredExpertise in finance and operations processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-ReportEducation & Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field requiredMBA or Advanced degree preferredPMP, PMI-PgMP, or equivalent certification preferredSkills:Executive communication and stakeholder managementFinancial acumen (budgeting, ROI, business case development)Strategic thinking and change management experienceVendor/partner negotiation and contract managementProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Fluent English; regional language proficiency a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa)Location:BangaloreBrand:Dentsu ApacTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
