- Minimum Qualifications: Graduate degree in Information Systems, Chartered Accountant, Business Management, or related qualifications; plus, one or more Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud certifications (Core HR, Talent Management, Advantages, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, ) .
- Good experience in HCM integration with Finance, SCM and Projects.
- Advising and assisting business units in terms of related processes and focus on continuous improvement cycle of these processes by suggesting best practices
- Having experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room Pilots
- Having experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing role.
- Have worked in the HR area as core before converting to functional consultant.
- Strong business process acumen and can speak the business language.

Preference would be given for below points if available: -





- Oracle Fusion certifications in HCM modules.
- Worked with any implementations and rollouts for customers in Saudi, UAE, Egypt regions.
- Worked with any companies doing internal projects in Oracle Fusion in Saudi or UAE regions.
- Handled in-house support for internal customers (for the company people).
