Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple clients across different industries. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.




- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and client management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on timely closures.

Eligibility

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 14 years of experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interest in recruitment may also apply.
