Role & responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end Physician AR operations.
- Manage and oversee large operations teams comprising 150 to 200+ FTEs, including Team Leads, Assistant Managers, and Managers.
- Drive improvements in collections, revenue realization, denial reduction, aging management, and productivity metrics.
- Establish operational goals and ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, quality standards, and financial outcomes.
- Lead process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives across Physician AR operations.
- Partner closely with US healthcare clients to ensure operational excellence and account growth.
- Conduct business reviews, client governance meetings, and performance discussions.
- Develop succession plans, talent management strategies, and leadership development programs.
- Manage escalations, risk mitigation strategies, and operational compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).




- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience as Operations Manager, or equivalent role in Physician AR Operations.
- Proven experience managing 150-200+ resources in a high-volume healthcare setting.
- Strong expertise in:
- Physician Billing or Hospital Billing Billing
- AR Follow-up & Collections
- Medicare & Medicaid Billing
- Commercial Insurance AR
- Denial Management & Appeals
- Revenue Recovery Strategies
- Aging Analysis & Cash Flow Optimization
- Experience managing direct client interactions with US healthcare providers.
- Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, and operational transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiner
