About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. You will connect with prospective buyers over the phone and help them find their dream apartment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (leads provided)
- Pitch and sell residential apartments
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline
- Maintain call records and update the CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of telecalling/sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email)
- Positive attitude and a disciplined, target-driven approach
- Willing to work from the office
