- Day Shift available for Domestic Process
- Rotational Week Off

Qualification

- HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate all can apply.
- Freshers and experienced all are eligible.
- Excellent English communication is mandatory

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via voice/chat/back office
- Support customers for banking, insurance or international services
- Maintain quality, compliance & customer satisfaction




- Meet daily/weekly performance targets (sales/support)
