You will build and own E2Es Revenue Operations function from the ground up. You will be the primary owner of the CRM, sales processes, and leadership reporting, and will align with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on how leads/ accounts/ signals flow between them. This is a build + maintain role - you will be defining how things work as much as running them day to day.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Systems Ownership

Own and administer our CRM and other core RevOps tools (reporting/BI, lead enrichment, sales engagement) as the single source of truth for pipeline, accounts, and customer data

Continue and Stabilize ongoing work across lead intake, enrichment, assignment, and reporting.

Sales Process Pipeline Operations

Define and maintain sales stage definitions, pipeline hygiene standards, and forecasting cadence

Document and operationalize Sales-to-Customer Success account handoff processes, including ownership triggers and expansion/upsell logic

Reporting Dashboards

Build and maintain leadership-facing dashboards on pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracy

Standardize reporting definitions and cadence so leadership always has one consistent view of funnel and revenue performance

Cross-Functional Coordination

Align with Marketing on lead processes and shared definitions to reduce handoff friction

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to keep data definitions and incentives consistent across the revenue lifecycle

Qualifications Experience

- -

4 - 6 years owning CRM administration, sales pipeline operations, and sales reporting; depth of hands-on ownership matters more than any specific platform

Comfortable building processes from scratch in an ambiguous, rapid-moving environment

- -

Exposure to marketing funnel concepts (lead scoring, MQL/SQL, attribution) is a strong plus.
