Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature and SpO2.
- Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during OPD consultations, procedures and medical examinations.
- Maintain proper patient records, nursing notes and treatment documentation.
- Ensure timely patient admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
- Monitor patients' conditions and immediately report any abnormalities to the concerned doctor.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and infection control practices in patient care areas.
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper maintenance and availability.
- Provide assistance and emotional support to patients and their relatives.
- Follow medication safety protocols and prevent medication errors.
- Coordinate with doctors, RMO, front office and other hospital departments.




- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols and emergency procedures.

Educational Qualifications

- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- ANM candidates may be considered depending on experience and hospital requirements.
- Experience
- Prior experience in a multispeciality hospital will be preferred.
- Experience in ICU, IPD, OPD or emergency care will be an added advantage.
