What You Will Do

- Plan and teach: Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based activities using the internationally certified research-based HighScope curriculum.
- Manage the classroom: Set daily routines and guide behaviour with positive, nurturing strategies so every child feels secure and included.
- Observe and assess: Observe each child's development and keep accurate records of their progress and behaviour.
- Partner with parents: Build open, trusting relationships with parents, sharing progress reports and classroom updates through the year.
- Keep children safe: Follow all health and safety procedures, including emergency drills. Give basic first aid when needed.
- Keep learning: Take part in regular training and work with colleagues to keep raising the quality of learning.

Who We Are Looking For

- Qualification: A graduate in any discipline, OR NTT / teacher training course / diploma with at least 3 years of preschool experience
