We are hiring for Deputy Manager - People Development (Training).
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7-12 Years
Key Requirements:
- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in Training & Development / L&D.;
- Robust experience in conducting classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Expertise in developing training content, decks, facilitator guides, manuals and learning material.
- Experience in Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), training calendar planning and execution.
- Ability to conduct behavioural, functional and/or leadership training across employee levels.
- Experience in training effectiveness assessments, feedback analysis and post-training reports.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
