Job Description:

Key Responsibility Areas:ActionableAudit execution

- Ensure pre-audit preparation and sampling for the audits assigned.
- Carry out audit of various areas / activities / departments as per the RBI guidelines / internal policies.
- Ensure audit coverage based on the scope of audit for areas assigned.

Audit reporting

- Ensure documentation of audit findings of the audit areas reviewed.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports that communicate audit findings, risks, recommendations, and Management responses.
- Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive work papers documenting audit procedures performed, findings and conclusions.

Compliance

- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Follow up with auditee Management and validate evidence for audit issues resolution.

- Post-Graduation- CA Freshers
- Professional Qualification
- Domain knowledge Knowledge of bank audit / Retail Assets audits
- Audit expertise – Proficiency in audit methodologies, techniques, and standards
- Analytical skills – Robust analytical skills to analyse complex data, identify trends and assess the effectiveness of controls.
- Problem solving skills – Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills facilitating audit reporting, presentations, and discussions.
- Time management – Efficient planning to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- IT skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
