Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR / IT Recruitment Trainer with hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and Learning & Development.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end IT recruitment processes and the ability to train, mentor, and develop recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Domestic IT Recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Train recruiters on sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and candidate engagement.
- Provide training on Boolean search, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Develop training materials, modules, and learning content.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new recruiters.
- Identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.




- Mentor and guide recruitment teams to improve their performance.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of technical sourcing and screening.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and recruitment terminology.
- Experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions.

Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in IT Recruitment Training or HR L&D; Training is preferred.
- Candidates with IT Recruitment experience and training/mentoring exposure are also welcome.
