Job Description:

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, preferably within the Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing or Consumer Chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit and Advisory assignments.
- Perform internal audits and business process reviews, preferably in the Pharma/Manufacturing domain.
- Work on SAP-based Internal Audit engagements.
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate internal controls, assess control gaps and recommend corrective measures.
- Analyse business data using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
- Prepare audit reports, document findings and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of audit assignments.




- Apply industry best practices, audit methodologies and frameworks to improve audit effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 12 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
- Experience in Internal Audit / Concurrent Audit / Risk Advisory.
- SAP experience in Internal Audit engagements.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, business processes and risk assessment.
- Valuable analytical, communication and client management skills.

Work Location & Travel:

- Base Location: Mumbai.
- Work from client office or office location.
