Shift- Evening shift (12PM to 9PM) but should be versatile.

Note- PMP certificate is must.

10 Years- 18 Years: 28LPA Max. Program Manager

- Should have 5 to 10 Years of experience in managing medium to large scale projects across US, EMEA and APAC

Qualification- Graduate and Post Graduate (Regular Based)

Notice Period- Immediate Joiner - 15 Days.

What would you do?

- The role will plan, program-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale projects, within Bangalore and across different geographies
- The projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc.
- Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelines
- Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverables
- Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reports
- Drive the project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholders
- Other duties as identified and assigned.
- Project Managers/Program Manager (PM) facilitate the implementation of products by directing cross-functional teams to execute plans.




- This facilitation requires coordination to enable efficient execution and the Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the course of the project.
- This dedicated PM organization provides a structured, consistent approach to planning, organizing, and controlling projects.

- Create implementation roadmap, execute project based on solution plan and contract to the end customers
- Initiate work with internal stakeholders / vendor(s) • Request Vendor Purchase Order
- Assign project manager from Supplier or other third party as needed.
- Delivery management, customer status meetings, customer reporting.
