Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in a regional/multi-area leadership role
- Solid strategic planning and PL management skills
- Experience managing and developing a multi-tier sales team
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Industry experience in adhesives, paints, or building materials preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
