Requirements

- 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a team-handling role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned area
- Knowledge of the adhesive/paint/building materials industry preferred
