We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a strategic program focused on launching a new product across multiple markets starting in 2027. You will lead the governance framework and coordinate complex global and local IT landscapes, ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder alignment and dependency management. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to establish the necessary capabilities for the product launch. Your tasks

- Owning the governance framework, decision rights, prioritization, and overall customer outcomes for the program
- Establishing and maintaining a single integrated program plan that encompasses product, business, platform, market-wave, testing, and deployment activities
- Identifying and actively managing dependencies with other projects and adjacent platforms, ensuring timely resolution of roadmap conflicts
- Defining and operating program governance, including forums, RACI, named decision owners, escalation routes, and reporting calendar
- Coordinating delivery across complex global and local IT landscapes while maintaining clear ownership at workstream and market level
- Managing scope, milestones, status reporting, RAID, quality controls, testing readiness,



and hypercare preparation
- Challenging assumptions, identifying gaps, performing quality checks, and driving recovery actions where plans are incomplete or off track
- Reconciling detailed delivery information into concise executive-level updates and decision support

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale technology development and deployment projects
- Extensive experience in risk management and program management across global projects
- Strong integrated planning, dependency management, and milestone tracking skills
- Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stream delivery across global and local contributors while maintaining accountability
- Advanced level of English

Nice to have

- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
