Job Responsibilities

- Preparation of conceptual drawings and review of ESP (Engineering Scale Plan) drawings for railway infrastructure projects.

- Preparation of Feasibility Study Reports (FSR) and Detailed Project Reports (DPR) as per project requirements.

- Coordination with various Railway departments, FCI officials and other government authorities for project-related activities.

- Conducting site visits to assess project feasibility, technical requirements and infrastructure suitability.

- Obtaining necessary approvals and clearances from Railway departments and following up on pending matters.

- Handling liaisoning activities and official correspondence with Railway authorities, including drafting replies to queries and observations.

- Coordinating and participating in joint site inspections with Railway officials.

- Handling technical planning and project planning activities in line with project requirements.

- Preparation and verification of project quantities, technical details and infrastructure requirements.





- Maintaining project-related documents, drawings, approvals and correspondence.

- Regularly updating the GM – Railways and senior management on project progress, approvals and pending issues.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in railway infrastructure projects, railway siding development or related project activities.

- Good knowledge of Indian Railways procedures, technical requirements and approval processes.

- Hands-on experience in preparation of FSR, DPR, conceptual drawings and review of ESP drawings.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

- Positive communication, coordination, documentation and liaisoning skills.

- Ability to independently coordinate with Railway departments and handle project-related technical and approval matters.
