About the Role

- We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to support store sales, guide junior sales staff, assist customers, handle escalations, maintain stock and cash discipline, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers.
- Guide customers to the appropriate counter or sales area.
- Introduce self and hand over customers to relevant staff where required.
- Share customer preferences and buying history with sales staff for better service.
- Help sales staff identify the right quality of stones, diamonds, and metals.
- Train sales staff on product knowledge related to stones, diamonds, and metals.
- Motivate staff to perform well and meet business goals.
- Support supervision of day-to-day store operations.
- Arrange customer deliveries and collect payments as required.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other business divisions.
- Communicate with customers about new launches, schemes, and promotions.
- Support daily stock and cash counting.




- Resolve customer grievances during or after sales.
- Build robust customer relationships through service excellence.
- Report staff, stock, and market information to the manager.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in retail sales, preferably jewellery or premium retail.
- Strong product knowledge or ability to learn jewellery product categories deeply.
- Team guidance and training ability.
- Customer grievance handling skills.
- Stock, cash, and store process discipline.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Jewellery retail experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as senior sales executive or floor supervisor
