Key Responsibilities

* Manage and build strong relationships with retail paint dealers, ensuring product availability, visibility, and timely order placement.

* Visit ongoing construction and renovation sites daily to pitch Berger Paint products directly to contractors, builders, and site supervisors.

* Actively perform field sales activities to acquire recent contractor accounts and convert inquiries into successful sales.

* Understand product specifications, handle the technical aspects of the sales process, and explain product benefits, application methods, and mixing procedures to contractors on-site.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales and coverage targets within the assigned territory.





Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

* Gender: Male candidates only (due to extensive field travel and site visits).

* Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Higher Secondary School Certificate (Graduates are also welcome to apply).

* Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in field sales.

* Mandatory Assets: Must own a personal two-wheeler (Bike) and possess a valid Permanent Driving License.

* Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, basic negotiation abilities, and a high level of physical stamina for daily field travel
