Novel Group is a Mysuru-based consumer goods company with plants in Mysuru and Manesar. We make baby care, personal care and hygiene products under Novel. We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, FirstCry, Tata 1mg and noveltissues.com. Our goal now is to make Novel Baby one of Indias best-known baby care brands, and we’re building the team to do it.

The two roles
After hiring, one person leads each area below. Both of you will work across both areas and support ads.

1. Content & Community

- Plan and run the monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Post daily: reels, carousels, static posts and stories, with captions and hashtags.
- Create trend, meme and festive content for Novel Baby.
- Manage comments, DMs and our parent community, replying within 24 hours.
- Turn customer reviews and UGC into content.

2. YouTube & Influencer

- Plan, script and produce YouTube videos and Shorts: product demos, how-to videos and parenting tips.
- Run YouTube SEO: titles,



descriptions, tags and thumbnails.
- Find, negotiate with and manage mom, parenting and lifestyle influencers, from brief to going live.
- Track each campaign’s cost, views and sales.

Both roles

- Brief and review work from our designer and video editor.
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager with ad creatives on Meta and YouTube.
- Share a weekly report on reach, engagement, growth, top content and next week’s plan.

What we’re looking for

- A portfolio of pages, channels or campaigns you have run, with links and results in numbers.
- Solid English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Hands-on with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite; basic YouTube analytics.
- You spot trends early and turn them into content the same day.
- Experience with a baby care, parenting or personal-care brand is a plus.
