RESPONSIBILITIES

- Production schedules for effective utilisation of resources
- Develop efficient workflows to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Implement quality control systems, conduct audits, and address quality issues.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead and manage a team of fabricators, and welders
- Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure a safe working setting by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate with customer departments to align production activities with delivery timelines
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all operations comply with industry safty standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, safety Incidents, and other key metrics.
- PPC programming knowledge & experience
